These terms apply to your use of vitaminsherb.com and to orders supported by VitaminsHerb, including orders placed on partner brand pages that name VitaminsHerb as their customer-service provider.
Products are dietary supplements and wellness items made by our partner brands. Descriptions and statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the label before use and consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. You must be 18 or older to order.
All prices are shown at checkout before you confirm. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or stock unavailability, in which case any charge is refunded in full.

Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days from our fulfilment partners. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier.
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, we refund the product price to the original payment method, opened or unopened. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
